It's not magic; it's the science of psychology.  I provide a  safe place for you to explore, understand, and become your best self.  Together, we will listen deeply to understand the issues that are keeping you stuck in self-defeating patterns,  causing you distress, and blocking joy.

When you become aligned with your authentic self, you will enjoy more ease, connection, and flow. Often, the hardest step is the first one: reaching out.  You may want to begin with a free phone conversation to see if we are a good fit. Contact me to get started.

My passion is to walk along side women, couples, and families as they navigate the journey of living and loving well.  My therapy practice draws from my life experience as a mother, step-mother, grandmother and wife; as well as my work as a Certified Professional Midwife and community mental health counselor. I graduated with a Master's of Psychology in Counseling from The Citadel in 2008, and have completed advanced training in multiple therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adult Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, and Hypnosis for trauma resolution. In addition, I hold an international certificate in Maternal Mental Health and am currently training with The Gottman Institute in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
