We'll start with an assessment to fully understand where you came from, where you are at, and where you want to go. From there we'll develop a plan that works through your challenges and moves you towards the change you want to see in your life. Therapy can address a variety of issues: life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, or simply a desire for personal growth and greater self-knowledge.

Couples & Family

Healthy relationships are essential to our quality of life, health, and success. Yet few of us were taught the skills to do this well. Together we can uncover the dysfunctional ways of communicating and relating that leave you feeling lonely and in pain. By being courageous, practicing compassion, and sharing honestly, you and your partner can rebuild your connection. Couple's therapy focuses on 3 primary areas: building friendship, conflict management, and creation of shared meaning.

Fees & Billing

$195 - 60 min Individual

$250 - 90 min Individual

$220 - 60 min Couples

$280 - 90 min Couples

I do not file insurance, however you may use your HSA/FSA cards with my practice. Otherwise, insurance will only reimburse with a diagnosis for a mental illness. Self-pay allows you complete confidentiality and treatment without a diagnosis. If you wish to file for out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with documentation to submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement.
